COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

The information that will be gathered and maintained will include your contact information (name, address, e-mail address and telephone numbers) as well as records of all financial transactions that take place and events and courses attended. Should you elect to volunteer at the BAC, we record the number of hours you spend in your volunteer endeavours.

Terms of Service

1. This Web site is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. Access to and use of the Service and the Sites are subject to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and Copyright Notice and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. The Burlington Art Centre and the Burlington Art Centre Foundation reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will appear on this screen. By using the Service and the Sites, you agree in advance to accept any changes.

USE OF COOKIES

A cookie is a small piece of information a Web site can store on your computer as a text file. The Burlington Art Centre does not use cookies, nor do we store information on users’ computers.
